Course-related library
instruction Sessions are professor requested and can be tailored to a specific
class assignment, a specific discipline, or can provide a basic introduction to
library research. Library faculty will work with you to create an instruction
session that meets the needs of your class.
Although classes can be taught in other locations across campus, they are
usually taught in Library room 203. This room, the Library Instruction and Research
Center, includes 25 computers, an overhead projector, a teacher's station, and
a laser printer. This electronic environment allows for demonstration and hands-on
instruction in the use of and search techniques for the many online resources
available in the library. |
