I understand that I will be held responsible for all charges that I incur as a borrower at a TexShare library. Scarborough-Phillips Library privileges may be blocked if you fail to abide by the lending library's policies, especially regarding returning books or paying bills.

Students: I understand that I am liable for any overdue or lost book fines, processing fees or charges for damaged materials that may result from my use of the TexShare card. Failure to pay such amounts may result in said amounts being placed on my student account through the Business Office.

Faculty and Staff: I understand that I am liable for any overdue or lost book fines, processing fees or charges for damaged materials that may result from my use of the TexShare card. Failure to pay such amounts may result in said amounts being deducted from my final paycheck.
